Our 75 to 90-minute hikes are a perfect way to connect with nature near Denver and Boulder, led by a local expert. During our guided tours, you’ll learn mindfulness techniques that can be integrated into your daily activities.

What isActive Meditation?


Active Meditation is a unique mindfulness practice that combines the principles of traditional sitting meditation with the natural rhythm of exercise.

Whether running, hiking, or swimming, this practice transforms physical activity into a mindful experience by focusing on counting breaths and repeating mantras to maintain mental clarity.

This method helps you stay present in the moment, turning your exercise routine into a powerful tool for cultivating mindfulness.

With Active Meditation, you can use your workout time to not only strengthen your body but also to nurture a clearer, more focused mind that carries into everyday life.

The Eldorado Excursion


On this ~75 minute excursion we'll hike approximately 2.2 miles with about 260ft of elevation gain. The guided hike begins outside Eldorado Canyon State Parks boundaries and finishes in the park where you are free to explore for the day.

The Eldorado Excursion is an easy-to-moderate hike great for locals looking to learn active meditation or travelers want to experience a taste of Colorado's wilderness.

This one-way excursion includes day access to Eldorado Canyon State Park. The Eldorado Excursion is offered weekly at 8am and 10am.
